2. Crowdfunding Campaign (Ulule)
Our current fundraising campaign is hosted on the Ulule platform. By backing the project, you agree to both these Terms and Ulule's Terms and Conditions.
- Funds raised are intended for the research, development, and operational launch of the Justielle platform.
- Rewards are provided as described in the Ulule campaign. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to development or regulatory factors.
- All financial transactions are processed securely by Ulule. Justielle does not store or process your credit card or banking information.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of GSDS Connection, S.L. or its content suppliers and is protected by Spanish and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use this website to: (a) violate any local, national, or international law; (b) transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable; or (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.

6. Future Platform Disclaimer
This website is a pre-launch informational and crowdfunding site. The future Justielle AI platform, which will handle sensitive legal and personal data, will be governed by its own separate, highly restrictive Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, developed in strict compliance with the EU AI Act and GDPR.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
